Mrs. Paola Trigiani has worked in the Labor Courts of the Province of Buenos Aires for eight years before joining the firm in 2008.

She has also advised and represented in labor and human resources matters many well-known companies such as Telefónica de Argentina S.A., Atento Argentina S.A., Telefónica Móviles de Argentina S.A. (Movistar), FLENI, Netizen Argentina, YPF S.A. and Consolidar (ART, insurance company and pension funds).

She has also acquired a wide experience in many matters related to human resources.
She has conducted the labor aspects of cross-border M&A transactions in the due diligence process.

She is a professor of Labor Law and Social Security Law in the Argentine Catholic University

EDUCATION

She has obtained a specialization degree in labor Law in the Argentine Catholic University (UCA).

She has written many articles in many legal and business publications and she was a member of the Commission of Bill of Laws from the Argentine Association of Labor and Social Security Law.
